P1 Nutrition steps up its involvement in the BTCC by backing Aron Smith, as they look to bring awareness to the extensive competitive advantage to be gained in motor sport through proper nutritional and fitness programmes.

The first of its kind company have scientifically formulated products to help drivers and riders alike deal with the specific challenges unique to the sport. These include sustained strain on the upper body, heart rates exceeding 185bpm, restricted oxygen consumption and cockpit temperatures of over 70 degrees.

Also crucial was the collaboration with a driver equally as passionate about performance, fitness and nutrition.
