James Nash makes his return to the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship in 2018, behind the wheel of one of BTC Norlin Racing’s newly-acquired Honda Civic Type Rs.
Nash previously competed in the BTCC between 2009 and 2011, notching a victory as well as the Independent Drivers’ Championship in 2011 with Triple Eight Racing, driving a Vauxhall Astra.
From there, he moved into the World Touring Car Championship – his spell there culminating with the Independents’ title and third overall in 2013 driving for Craft-Bamboo in a Chevrolet Cruze.
He linked up with Craft-Bamboo once again in the TCR International Series, and was only narrowly beaten to the crown by Stefano Comini in 2016 and finished seventh overall in 2017 at the wheel of the outfit’s SEAT Leon.
