Fighting Formula Ford Drivers!

I have just noticed a report in Motorsport News which says that the two Formula Ford drivers who were fighting at Rockingham have had their licences suspended for twelve months! They have also been fined £500 and had to pay costs of £500.

A thoroughly deserved punishment for what was an idiotic and stupid behaviour, they obviously thought they could get away with it without the camera's watching them- how wrong were they!!

In fact they were even more stupid than you suggest, as they were caught live by the Motors TV cameras!

Although I think their punishments are a tad harsh.

Very harsh when ou consider what Matt Neal and Yvan Muller got for similar crimes.
What I saw was no more than "handbags" as the soccer commentators would put it.

It was a mistake by MN. They were suspended bans.

John ~ I have to admit I found it very funny too! We came back from Rockingham and rewound the video to see the Bentwood/Boardman incident. I wound the tape back too far and came across the fight by accident!
