Patrick Watts in TCR G55 at Brands.

Hello Peoples,

Patrick Watts, former BTCC driver (Not a name I know) is returning to the TOCA Package at Brands Hatch in a G55, run by TCR - the car which was used at Knockhill by Mr Franchitti.

How do we see him getting on?

Well known name from the super touring era.

Drove for Mazda in the early 90's than drove for Peugeot between '94 and '97. An underrated driver in my view.

Had some good results in the 405 but the 406 was a real dog of a car and he was outdone by Tim Harvey..

None the less it's great to see a classic name back :)

Well shame on you, call yourself a BTCC fan! :p

Absolute legend of the BTCC (and one of my favs) great too see him back behind the wheel. Patrick was always a balls deep driver, so he'll be great too watch once more. :)

Became British Historic Rally Champion in his self-built Sunbeam Tiger, that's what. :) Now doing historic racing in a Mustang after going back to the black stuff.

It was lovely to meet up with Patrick after so many years. Took my model car of the Pug and got it signed so I am very happy.
Sad he had a drive thru for a jump start and mis-timing caused him to take it as the safety car was out so had t do it again - rather ruined things but he hasn't lost his pace and ability to overtake at all.
