Warren will be back driving the Porsche guest car at Silverstone this weekend - hopefully he'll remind a few people that he's still around.

Yeah, good to see Warren racing again. I think a podium is not out of the question.

Yes, - very nice to see Warren Hughes out this weekend!, Shame the gird will be missing one of the more ìcolourfulî drivers in the series, Dave Pinkney.
It would appear that his, thus far, rather ìBeastlyî season has come to a premature halt!.

Why's that then PARABOLIC? Is it something to do with what happened to the car at Brands?

afraid to say the engine that was the problem at Brands can't be rebuilt in time so I am without my pink car to follow :(

It won't be the same without Dave! Fingers crossed he is back at Oulton.

I just hope when he does reappear the car is fixed completely because at Brands he was showing what he can do and the car was already sick.

..and what a drive Warren had coming from the back of the grid to finish 3rd.

The MG fans are missing you Warren, but good luck in what ever you do:D

Wow what a drive! Last to 3rd in a car he has only driven for a few practice laps.
Tim Harvey was saying that his team would like to run a second car so here is a driver in waiting. The porsche seems to suit his smooth driving style better than the touring cars.
The trouble is he would possibly be challenging Tim's dominance of the series. Not that that would bother Tim too much as he genuinely would enjoy the challenge along with the other top drivers.

had to laugh - saw Tim in overalls, champers in one hand, trophy in the other so I asked for a photograph.
Smile I say focusing on him -
"smile", he says, "if I smile any more my teeth will fall out!!"
