Read on another forum that Beacon have folded and will therefore not be entering BTC-T as expected (or BTC-P) anyone seen anything else about this?

Did they announce what they're running then? Seem to have missed all info relating to their plans!

i think thats why there are rumours saying they have gone bust, because they haven't announced what cars they are running or who their drivers are.

Well the Vauxhalls are pretty much accounted for, as are the Hondas presumably (James Kaye and another Works car??) so that leaves MG or the 406s (or something completely different!)

they said in their official announcement that they would be running a new car, but that was a while ago now.

Its a shame that so many promising teams seem to go under so quickly. There should be a fund or something to help struggling teams.

I think it was confirmed this rummor is complete *cough* I mean...rubish. :) However if it was true it would be a great shame but its hardly suprising in the current econmic motorsport climate.
