Best livery 2001-2004

As the title says - what are people's favourite colour schemes during the 2001-2004 period.

If possible post a photo or a link to a picture in the BTCC gallery (note external links will get removed so don't link to other sites).

the 2002 MG with the Hot Wheels flames, that has to be the best livery ever in motorsport

Don't no why but the 2001 lexus comes in second, I no it was boring but made the car look well good

2001!!! where have the years gone - it would have to be the pink one though not the red ;)

personally I really like John George's this year - the solid colour really stands out and Jason Hughe's - always looks so good

There's nothing this year which really stands out - they're all quite conservative corporate colour schemes. Kartworld is the exception but it just looks hideous with those green bits, just makes it look like they ran out of paint.

Last year's MG looked good, and please don't laugh but I liked the yellow Atomic Kitten cars from 2002!

When the 406s were yellow they certainly stuck out too!

I know im a couple of years out, but my fav of all time was the Volvo from 98, stunning.
But from 2001 onwards, there is still no beating the Gray with Green strips from MG 2002, for me.

Purely because it was only around for a weekend - the 2001 Blue 888 (non egg) Astras.

I'd also go for the MG 'Hot Wheels' livery. Very striking and really stood out.

I liked the simple green and black of last year's MG. I also like this year's Jason Hughes Kartworld MG.

I assume that the 2001 photos were removed because the BTCC was sponsered by the AA in 2001. It has only been Green Flag since 2002.

As for my favorite colour schemes, it has to be the Carlube black outfits!

Loved the 02 Egg Astras, but has to be the little pink peugeot that (I think) Tom Boardman was bombing around in during 01.

It was normally more a mix of Pink and Yellow and Black by the end of the race!! :D

It's now Silver though (or it was at the end of last season when it was used by Varta...... dunno where it is now).

1999 & 2000 Honda Accord for me. This season I like the VX Racing ripped effect.

I also quite liked the look of the Alfa 147 in 2001.

MG 2002 is the bestest ever - the MGs just aren't the same without the green!!!

And of all the Astras we've had, I liked the Barwell 2002 livery the best. Although people said the Astra doesn't look good in silver, I quite liked it!!!

To be honest, I think my favourite livery from the past few years would have to be the yellow and black Atomic Kitten sponsored MGs from 2002... they just looked amazing!

Nothing really stands out for me from this season though.
