How does one go about becoming a marshall ?
Presumably you have to undertake training, how long does that take and are you qualified at the end of it. Could go on all evening with questions here. Anyone fill me in ??

They have a web site, cant give the link, but a search engine should find it. Training takes a day, but there are other courses you can go on. British marshals are supposed to be some of the best in the world!

oh, i think the trainings free, but you have to buy your own overalls and stuff, and i also believe your recommended to take out insurance.

Stig - have a word with Claire - she is now a fully qualified marshal & did all the training last year - I'm sure she can tell you all you need to know!

Hi Stig, the best thing I have done, except for supporting the BTCC, was become a marshal. I had the best time last season and met some great people.
