Wow, what a race the last race was! Comiserations to Tim Harvey, never been one of his biggest fans but had to admit I wanted him to win it, but not to be. Bunch of screaming kids next to us at the Old Hairpin for Westbrook, so at least it was good to see them happy!
Great stuff.

What a great sportsman, he must have been feeling a bit fed up after the race (he looked a bit peeved in the commentary box at Brands in August after a bad result) yet still had time to congratulate Richard Westbrook.

great battle that shows the skill in both drivers. Wonder if they would have pushed so hard if it was a cayenne they were racing for:p :p

Yes, it's also in BTCC discussion - confused me, I could have sworn Porsches were sportscars (ie: support race) and not touring cars...

Huge well done to Richard Westbrook on his double win at Thruxton, AND only a week after he took the top step in the Porsche Super Cup at Monza! Westy's really flying this year.

Fantastic drive from him, he driving style must really suit the Porsche's odd characteristics and he seems to be kind to his tires.

The Autosport VIP Porsche at the next round, Brands Hatch, will be driven by F3 star and former Formula Renault driver Susie Stoddart. Check out her official website for more details.
First female to drive in the series?

hmmmm she is forced to sit out of the F3 initial rounds due to injury. Then she gets a freebie in a Porky...

Whats wrong with that? Many other drivers get the same opportunity.

she isn't the first female our own VB-H joined in at brands in 2003 and Barbara Armstrong competed in the series back in 2001

my point being she was out of SPa and Croft F3 races due to an injury, with F3 being her main focus there is always the risk of injury again.
Then again a race infront of a home crowd is always worthwhile.
