Different formats throughout the season?

What would you say to different formats for different races?
Heres a list of different formats:
Single Race (last used 1995)
Two equal length (last used 1997)
Sprint and Feature (last used 2002)
DTM 2001, Qualifieing race, then main race
Le Mans driver change style race (at a Snetterton night race?)

Like to see how we go this coming year with two equal length races plus pit-stops in each. Sounds like a better format if the races are a half decent length each.

Maybe add to that a reverse grid race as an experiment

Better still, start the the quick boys at the back in that Hot Rods fashion. Guaranteed overtaking and action.

I suspect there would be unfair advantage claimed at some point if you didn't run the same format at each round.

Some cars suit some circuits better; some drivers would prefer / be better at certain race formats - you couldn't be sure of everyone getting a (relatively) equal chance - imo.
