As every day passes it is becoming apparent that certain issues over possible illegal activities are likely to be placed on this forum. Do you feel the time is right to let all users know the legal ramifications of what they can and can't discuss on this forum ie. libel, defamation of character and any info prejudicial to the receiving of a fair trial. If the forum places a disclaimer within its announcements then there should be the ability to discuss these issues as there is obviously a strong link with this to motorsport in general as well as BTCC and its support races.
