Why did Peugeot only run the one car in 1992? Apart from the last race, they ran a second car for another driver does anyone know who that was?

Sorry, can't help - memory like a goldfish these days, four seconds at best.

The second driver was Gary Ayles and he scored a couple of points in the few races he was in. And Gravett who was in the car all year only scored 1 point!
The 1992 Pug wasn't the greatest car as you can see.
I dunno why they only ran one car - lack of money? A test year before a full 2 car assult the following year?

The 2nd car was driven by Ian Flux. Gary Ayles raced his Peugeot Italia 405 instead.
I think it was definitely a money thing. They had stepped up from running a single 309 GTi for Patrick Watts in the Group N series and probably only had funds for a single car attack at first.
