Ok, now those of you who go to the races, will know that when the cars set off on the green flag lap, music is piped over the PA, to "jee" us all up a bit!

There are 3 separate "tunes" played, one for each race.

One of which is Storm's Time To Burn, but does anyone know what the other two are???

Any input is better than none!

I've heard many tunes over the years. As you said 'Time To Burn' by Storm, also a special Alan Hyde mix of 'Met Her At The Love Parade' by Da Hool (that's the tune with the drums in it if you know what I mean), 'Pull Up To The Bumper' by Grace Jones (when we still had rolling starts), 'The Winner Takes It All' by Abba and 'Upside Down', but the artist of that one is unknown to me.

I'm sure Mr Hyde will fill us in for definite. :)

For race one at Brands it sounded like AC/DC (Highway to Hell maybe?? I was getting an earful of engine noise at the time :D )

'The Winner Takes It All' by Abba

Oh my god how cheesy was that during the final round at Donington last year?

That's a tune and the lyrics have deep meaning, compared with the tosh we get today.

Plus it's a very clever link to Al and his love of all things Partridge. ;)

Oh dear showing your age? (just kidding!) I wasn't slating the song as its a classic, I mean't was cheesy the way it was played in the final race!

That said the modern music that I like (alt music like Muse) I wouldn't say is tosh!

That said your're only 20 and are complaining? I'd be worried if I were you! :p
