At the last forum get together at Bedford I discussed with Westie the chance of having another get together during the season at a track. He was all for it and did say that it may be possible to 'borrow' the toca tent for it.

Before getting into the nitty gritty of who, how much etc etc I wondered about where?

So if you are interested in attending where would you be going.

I've said anywhere as I can't say anywhere bar BH in August (although there is still a possibility I may make it to one day of that meeting)

We are going to all the rounds so don't mind which one we get together at.

As Amanda (of course). Snetterton might not be possible as it is a one day event and might be difficult for TOCA.

I'll be at all the rounds too so I don't mind where it is held.

(Preferably before Croft as I will still have hair then!!!!! There will be news on that matter soon..........!! )

I'd say Brands in May as it will be a massive meeting, we will all be there and it's early in the year. This will also allow us to put names to 'new' faces.

Prefer either Brands Hatch, but intend to go to Rockingham and Donnington later on. Snetterton is my nearest venue but have an event to attend on the August date which is causing me a huge dilemma. This is my first year on this forum, and I really wish I'd bothered earlier. Would be great to meet and greet some people with whom I converse. Very obvious many of you are knowledgable and well informed. If anything is firmed up, PM me at some point.

no hassle Stig - nothing will be hidden - it will all be on here!

I'm just after some idea of where/when first. The Bedford meal was great fun what with Jim Edwards, Steven Wood and our own Richard West turning up but we had a bit of stick because it was 'down south' and some northerners wanted to come!

So I am giving everyone the chance of saying where. A lot of people on here do go to most of the rounds, so it's not them I am after really - it's the ones who want to join in, but for what ever reason cannot make more than one or two rounds. Heh you never know, if enough people are interested we could do two smaller ones.

What with it being at a track I am sure I can persuade some more drivers (especially touring car drivers!) to pop along and join us.

I will also be at all the rounds so don't mind when and where, also willing to lend a hand to help if needed. :)

The Rock would be a good idea because of the resturant/bar in the Rockingam Building which is fairly big. If they cant use the TOCA tent, that place would be ideal for after / during the raceday.

Les, You might consider Donnington then, it is probably equidistant for participants from the North of England and not too far for us southern softies. I'll watch this space.

I agree with the Stig - I'm going to all the rounds, so I don't mind where, but Donington is probably the best in terms of travel for all people, plus it has an enormous paddock and spectator area for enough people to meet.

That would be great cav1995 we could do with more rain. :)

Just getting the VHS ready for the F1 but the way I feel at the moment I could be just lying in front of the TV (I have the flu) as I've been of work for 3 days so far. :(
