Friday Practice at Brands?

Hi,

Just got my Brands tickets, and I noticed that this year I have three stubs, one each for Saturday and Sunday, and a third one saying Friday Practice on it.

I can't see anything on the MSV site, anyone else know if they are practising on the Friday?

Hi Kasalic,

I think the Friday is a test day for the supporting series. ie Formula Renault, Porsche Cup etc. The BTCC cars won't run until the first practice session on Saturday morning.

BTCC is running on Friday as well I think. Remember reading something from Mike Jordan on media day saying they'd be testing then.

Be good if it is true. Especially if in the Morning as I'm on late shift on the Friday and I could get down there before work:D

No, Mike Jordan is referring to teams testing at Brands tomorrow before the testing ban comes into force.

Don't know about anywhere else, but Knockhill usually has "un-timed" practice on a Friday afternoon. Which categories (are allowed to) run I don't know.
