Forum Suggestion?

Probably never going to happen but it would be good to have a General Chat section, you know to talk about the World Cup and other topics of motorsport like other forums have?

Personally I don't think its nescessary, we have a general motorsport section already and there are loads of other forums on the net if people want to discuss other things such as football.

We used to have a chit chat section, but the 'powers' that be decided to get rid of it.

Leggate Fan you weren't here when it had a chat section, and there was a great atmos and every thing. Shame it went. It's been much quieter since that went.

Never knew they used to be one!
Think it would be a good idea because people can talk about Football, World Cup,Rugby,etc or chat about new cars and stuff like that, because every other forum has a general chat section where you can talk about stuff like this.
At least have a think about it MODS;)

There was a general chat section - but there was so much trouble (for which read arguments) in that one section it was dropped. I wouldn't like to say we would have trouble with the current "population" but it only takes one or two people to start stirring things up.....

This is a motorsport forum - if people want to discuss football, the best place to get a pint or where they are going on holiday then I am sure there are other forums where they can do that.

they should have a forum here were we can chat to the drivers, find out more on how they prepere for races, what they think of things in more detail. you dont really get much out of them in a 15second interview on itv. :)

Well it seemed more like a forum and homely. Like a nice little Swiss Cottage. Now for this forum communism has taken over and if you take anything off topic, your hands are chopped off.

Definately dont need a football discussion on this site!! there are enough forums for discussing this overhyped every four years too much! event, would actually like to see more discussion about Motorsport.
