does anybody know if there's gonna be any of the publicty events like we saw last year in any cities this year? i think they were a huge PR tool and it would be silly to write them off as pointless.

I asked this just before the Season started and if I remember rightly Alan Gow did confirm there were plans. There is definitely something about seeing race cars on a public highway even if they are driven with a certain amount of restriction.

There is going to be an announcement soon, apparently...

Hope the Milton Keynes event is repeated - that was excellent, lots of interest from local people and good media coverage.

Id like to see them go either over the Dartford bridge or through the tunnel on the way to brands hatch, that'd be good. Especilly the sound of them going through the tunnel..that'd be well cool, even though you won't be able to see them..

I would like to see one in newcastle again but on the tarmac on the other side ofthe river, not only would it be better for photographs but the cars could go faster and they wouldn't have to push them so they don't hit the wall when turning around:p
