View Full Version : 2 Rules For Yellow Flags

I bet you didn`t know that there are 2 rules for yellow flags. The first is the most common whereby the drivers back off ( sort off ) and give each other room to get through the corner ( just like both VXRs did in the 2nd race coming into the old hairpin ) and then there is the Team Dynamics rule where you put your car 3/4 along side another ( 2nd race again and place - Turner`s Seat ) thus not giving `proper` racing room so when the almost in front car turns in he hits you punting him into your closest points rival. This being TD means they get away with it. Why?
If the VXR`s see the flags why didn`t Neal?? Or was it a risky ploy to try to get Turkington out??

Yep I know they are. But come on I get told to calm it if I flame Plato yet nothing happens to all these threads that are Flaming TD/TH and there drivers. Granted Flash doesnt get flamed much so im happy about that. 3 of the topics made in the past 4 days have been flameing TH. You have to see it from mine and all other team Halfords fans points of view. We see it from your point of view that you dont like the team but we dont make 3 topics in 4 days about teams and drivers we dont like.

People are entitled to an opinion and we're happy for people to discuss them, provided it doesn't get silly (ie., defamatory remarks, bad language, members getting nasty with one another).
Keep it grown up and it's fine (and clearly this is a hot topic among many of you at the moment).

would just like to say that even though Neal is by no means anywhere near my favourite driver he does do some excellent moves which when clean are quite astounding. I would also like to add that even though he was lucky with the Collard/Plato incident his car controll was brilliant. Just think, this is a big Plato fan admitting that Neal can be a great driver!!
And no I`m not picking on him cos he`s top.
I also think Jordan was out of order several times using various cars as breaking points and would like to know why he wasn`t penalised.

It does seem the case sometimes, but I suppose every driver will have their share of good luck & bad luck. The dual yellow flag rule, won't last forever, it's only a matter of time before his luck changes and a few decisions count against him. Nobody is untouchable!
