Well we went we saw we enjoyed, full marks to all concerned, teams, toca and to all who organised thewhole event.
I have some videos and photo's I'l try to upload these, it may be after the weekend though but I think they are worth the wait..
What a showman Mike Jordan and Shedden/Howell were, along with the others too
Thanks folks, a great night, one gripe, adults remember that there are kids there and they want to see and meet the drivers too.:)

Well, I was there tonight and I had a thoroughly WONDERFUL time!
It was so good to be able to get so near the cars, and the demonstration runs were AWESOME!
I went to the F1 demo in London two years ago, which whilst a whole lot of fun, PALED in comparison to this (that might have something to do with the fact that we got moved on from a wonderful vantage point by the officious marshals / police, yet saw on the giant screens where we were forced to watch the event from that hoardes had simply gotten into our spot and the marshals had given up trying to move folks along).
Lots of great entertainment from all the drivers - "Flash" and Gareth Howells were really good - Sheds doing his burnouts right in front of me, was simply fantastic!
Have had a really busy week at work, and whilst I was looking forward to Sunday I am now REALLY looking forward to my first full blown BTCC experience (previously the only live action I have seen is when there was the non-Championship round at the 1996 British Grand Prix I attended that year)...

was in edinburgh yesterday, what else can i say apart from fantastic? was well worth it, as a friend of mine even travelled from newcastle to see it, as im sure many others travelled to see it as well.
It should definitly be a regular event on the btcc schedule, especially as it tied in very well with the end of the festival.
so, please please please can the relevant people taker a look at having this repeated in future? it can only do good for the sport as a whole

I loved it and so did my 8 year old son. Come back to Edinburgh and do the same next year.
Big thanks to DUNLOP and to all the teams who gave out hats, signed posters and their time to speak to the fans. If only F! teams did the same.

Yup, was great, and the drivers were much more relaxed and had more time to chat and do autographs than they are on race day too!
I saw the queues on Sunday at KH for the "autograph session" and was glad I didn't have to bother, after getting them on Thursday ;)
Would be great if next year they can get a bit of a loop, or a few more corners ;)
