dummy on the front page

This may have been covered before, but why is there a link to a page called 'dummy' at the bottom of the toca front page (www.tocatour.co.uk)?

Ye I think the "dummy" is like a template ST uses to build the site. Might be on the bottom because he uses some kind of script to show all the pages on the server or something??
