I'm well proud of this. A few months ago me and a friend of mine decided that it would be pretty cool to go to the final round of the BTCC and get Darren Turner to sign a kitchen turner. Well, yesterday i did just that.

'twas my first BTCC meet and i really enjoyed it. Cant wait for next year now...but it's so far away :(

Was anybody else dissapointed to find out that when they entered the circuit yesterday they were told that there was NOMORE programmes , a damn disgrace on Silverstone part i say !!!:mad:

Totally agree with your comment about the programmes, and i was totally disgusted by the so called events management used to coordinate traffic both in and out of the circuit.

My son has the corner off James Kayes civic, which the man was more than happy to sign for him, momento of a good weekend at the hill.

We couldn't find any at Donington either! How many did they make? 3?

Two of the biggest circuits really ought to be able to get this fairly basic exercise right. I missed out at Donnington but bought my prog on Saturday at Silverstone.

I got my Dunlop cap signed by Nige and Andy Prialux - think thats how you spell it , lol. Does anybody think it will make anything on e-bay, cap signed by 2 world champs !!!:D

My son also got his dunlop cap signed by Gio at Knockhill after taking the big 100, then was sprayed by him with the champers,:)

I got an RAC cap signed by Nigel Mansell and a Carrera Cup GB card signed by Colin McRae when I went to the BTCC race at Knockhill...
I couldn't (and to this day, still can't) believe my luck - 2 World Champions in one day? Now that doesn't happen too often! :D
