Hardly a day for photography - or for driving racing cars, for that matter! With rain falling during races 1 and 2, there wasn't much opportunity for great shots, but I hope these efforts capture the dismal condiitons!

Some good shots there, & far better that the poor half dozen or so shots that have been posted by the 'offical' photographers to this website!

There's actually nobody in the car - the ripple effect is from the water flooding down from the Craner Curves!

very difficult to0 get anything good in those conditions, so lots of credit to those who have posted fine work above.

I was particularly happy with the photo I got of the marshal, but of the two films I shot very few were up to the standard of the stuff we got last year in far better weather.

they were taken on my 35mm SLR, and I was quite happy Tesco managed to put them on a CD and for them to look well on a computer screen.

That guy in the beige cap in one pic is the former Sonofzelda! And the young man in the white waterproof in a couple of others is my son.

I'd have been down at the fence taking my own photos when you were taking those.
