HereÃ*s the next renewal of Who, what, where and when.
The answers for Teaser 19 are as follows:
WHO: Ian Cantwell
WHAT: Mazda 323F
WHERE: Donongton Park
WHEN: 1993
So, well done to speedy for being the first person to get the answer right
The current WWW&W league standings are as follows:
1=) John & Stuart (5)
3) Racefan_uk (3)
4) speedy (2)
5=) Invincible, Redshoes, lauz & Claire (1)
HereÃ*s another that will really test the grey matter ñ again, the clues are all there if you know where to look and what's going on. Remember ñ I will need those four pieces of information from you:
WHO: driver
WHAT: car
WHERE: circuit
WHEN: the year this action took place
So hereÃ*s the next little teaser ñ good luck!

You're on the right track, speedy - quite literally ;) And of course, it couldn't be anything else than a Tuscan...
BUT
that's not the right answer, so keep trying :D

Can't imagine why this would be right but....
Kelvin Burt
TVR Tuscan
Oulton Park

Naah, it's not Kelvin. Kel's driven some 50 different cars in the course of his career, but never a TVR - I'd be the first to know if he did ;)
1996 is a bit too recent for that pic.
Also, this was not a one-off drive. This particular driver was a semi-regular in that year's Tuscan Challenge alongside his BTCC commitments.

I'm going to have a guess.
Chris Hodgett?
TVR Tuscan
Oulton Park?
1990?
Reynard

Nope, not Chris Hodgetts, and 1990 is too early. It is Oulton Park.
It's a reasonable guess though :)

How about Tim Harvey as the driver?
Invincible

I think the driver is Jeff Allam, i'm certain he was once a TVR Tuscan champion
I'd guess at
Jeff Allam
TVR Tuscans
Oulton Park
1991

It's not Jeff Allam unfortunately and 1991 is too early...
This particular chap did about half of the Tuscan Challenge rounds that year i.e. the ones that didn't clash with BTCC races.

You're getting there guys...
trouble is, those who have the right driver have the wrong year and those who have the wrong driver have the right year.
Keep trying - the answers are all in the post somewhere! :)

Is it Tim Harvey? Looks like his helmet.

Remember, I'm not accepting one liners. In order to be credited with a win for WWW&W I need the COMPLETE answer i.e. driver, car, circuit and year.
So although you may have the right bits, I can't credit that. Then it's your loss as someone else may well end up winning the top prize come the end of the season! :)
At the moment the prize is as given in http://toca.forum-host.biz/showthread.php?s=&threadid=427 but I may well be adding to that as the season goes on, perhaps giving prizes for second and third in the league as well.
How's that for an incentive? ;)

Well done to Kelvin for being the first person to get the complete answer right!
It was of course:
WHO: Tim Harvey
WHAT: TVR Tuscan
WHERE: Oulton Park
WHEN: 1993
So the WWW&W league now looks like this...
1=) John & Stuart (5)
3) Racefan_uk (3)
4) speedy (2)
5=) Kelvin, Invincible, Redshoes, lauz & Claire (1)
Next conundrum to be posted shortly...
