HereÃ*s the next renewal of Who, what, where and when.

The answers for Teaser 21 are as follows:

WHO: James Thompson
WHAT: Honda Civic Vtec
WHERE: Oulton Park
WHEN: 1993

So, well done to Stuart for being the first person to get the answer right

The current WWW&W league standings are as follows:

1) Stuart (6)
2) John (5)
3) Racefan_uk (3)
4) speedy (2)
5=) Kelvin, Invincible, Redshoes, lauz & Claire (1)

HereÃ*s another that will really test the grey matter ñ again, the clues are all there if you know where to look. Remember ñ I will need those four pieces of information from you and please, please post a complete answer:

WHO: driver
WHAT: car
WHERE: circuit
WHEN: the year this action took place

As an additional little brain drain: see if you can get the driver of car #71 (the yellow one) and give me the connection that particular driver has with the BTCC ;)

So hereÃ*s the next little teaser ñ good luck!

Another curve ball from Reynard but that helmet looked so familiar - its been bugging me all afternoon.
I think I might (!) have cracked it though....

Steve Robertson
Van Diemen RF86
Donington Park
1986

If that is correct then the driver of car 71 is the sorely missed Paul Warwick. (was anyone else at Brands in '91? Awesome!)

If I'm wrong then I've got all misty eyed for nothing....

Stu - you've a good right to be misty-eyed... Paul Warwick is much missed here as well. Never was fortunate enough to ever see him race :(

Your hunch is correct on all counts, BUT...

Wrong circuit. It's not Oulton and it's not Donny either. If I said it was March 1986, that might be of help. And the fact that it's a round of the ESSO series, not Junior FF1600.

Curve ball? I don't play baseball ;) I fence...

Ok... lets try this FULL answer...

Steve Robertson
Van Diemen RF86
1986
Silverstone - if only because of the width of the track...

Well done Stu! :) It is of course Silverstone. (You seem pretty determined to win that book...)

The full answer is:

WHO: Steve Robertson
WHAT: Van Diemen RF86
WHERE: Silverstone
WHEN: 1986

And the driver of car #71 is indeed the much-missed Paul Jason Warwick - younger brother of Derek, BTCC driver & team owner.

The WWW&W league now looks like this:

1) Stuart (7)
2) John (5)
3) Racefan_uk (3)
4) speedy (2)
5=) Kelvin, Invincible, Redshoes, lauz & Claire (1)

The next WWW&W will be posted tomorrow...
