I'm not sure if you will be able to assist me here.

On average - what sort of figures are you looking at to run a single car team in the BTCC , and all the support races?

If you aren't sure of the support races, could you possibly put me in the right direction of the correct people to contact?

Any information that you might be able to provide me with will be of great assistance.

Difficult question to answer, as there is a great variance between the financial and physical resources available to many BTCC teams (just the same as with many other major championships).

We have single car teams competing with a race budget from as low as around 100k per year and others with a budget of 2-3 times that amount.

On average, however, I would estimate a decent single car/single team budget would be somewhere between 175k - 250k (barring unforeseen expenses like major accident damage etc)

I can't help you with figures from the support races. Perhaps you could enquire in a more general motorsport forum, somewhere else on the internet.
