Another request Mr Editor

Hi Mr editor, its me again, with just another one of my little thoughts ..:eek:

There seems to be alot of new names/members on the forum, would it be possible to have a "welcome to new forum users" section.

Some forums have this section and it allows new members to introduce themselves and be welcomed by the other members.

Just a thought for us all to get to know each other a little better :)

i think its just with the few people that have become new members due to the fiasco happening on sunday, but some of them did say they were only posting one post and not coming on again!!

for the odd few that join every now and again, then it would probably be a waste of time having a new area on the forum, but on the other hand, it may make the newbies feel a little more comfortable with our community!!

i feel like you all practically family...

Maybe all that's needed is an 'introduce yourself' topic stickied at the top of a forum. That might work just as well :)

It'd be a good idea, because as a newbie it was hard at first to get into the swing of things, as so many of you post frequently it can feel like a small club.

But as I've been reading the threads and becoming a bit more involved its not like a small club at all, you're all really friendly. :)
