Bless ya. It was lightning rods at arena essex that gotme into motorsport. I used to go there with Mick Thompson, who lives next door to my grandad.

We used to hide in the back of the van and get in for nothing, and never got caught, until I went to Wimbledon for the 1st time, where we got caught getting out the back of the van, then got charged 8 quid

Wimbledon's a good track. We saw the national banger championship finale, and they bolted little ramps on the track for the cars and that was highly amusing. There was a Metro, with a rear half of another Metro stuck to the back of it, and I have never seen a banger car so badly damaged.

No not Sierras, when he did it they were things like fiestas, orions and escorts. You probably wouldn't have heard of him lol but don't tell him I said that ;) :D He hasn't raced for a few years now, he wants an international licence but I told him we can't afford that at the moment :rolleyes: I still work at the tracks though.

Ay, hotrubbers been runing everything again and surprise surprise, he's on about Nissan again - move on from the times mate, that was 1999 - theres been 8 full sesasons since. he leads a sad life.

See if he can win it as an Independent first...be awesome. :D

Sounds like where I work. The managers are useless and even our Centre manager says the general managers are crap. If I go to my manager and ask for something it never gets sorted, coz they're lazy and again overpaid. All they care about is bonus and not the staff.

I did some work for the RSPCA when I did my trident at 15, and it was good fun. Well, it was until oneday half way through a shift we had 20 or so animal cruelty tree hugging types protesting that the animals were in the cages and things like that. They need to get a life them lot, coz the animals are being kept safe, and you can't have 100 dogs and 60 cats running around. (and 5 ducks and 3 geese)

As regards to speaking your mind at work, I have a monthy meeting with our big bosses and say exactly what I want to say and it's always a slanging match. It keeps them entertained, but i'm surprised i've not been sacked for too much negativity :D You should say what you think, because afterall, if you don't say anything then nothing will ever got sorted
