I was thinking the otherday that theres no other Motorsport website that I can think of or have come Across that has a Chat forum like the Btcc and think we are all very lucky and Privaliged to Air our Views. If you want to talk about other motorsport you have to come on hear. for example WRC.Com does not have a Chat Facility.

Very well said bringbacktheolddays ... I absolutely agree!
As well as giving ourselves a pat on the back ... we also need to say a big thank you to the people who keep it together and keep us on track - Editor1 and all the other moderators ... oh and not to mention Alan Gow who gives us some of his time to come on here and answer our questions ...

I have to disagree im affraid. This forum is very restrictive as to what you can actually post. Granted the fact that Mr.Gow answers a few questions is good but I think MotorsTV have the best motorsport forum. They allow people to say exactly how they feel, the presenters often show up on the forum and if you ask a question during a live race they will answer it on live tv. Also there is an area where you can talk to each other so you dont get all this thread hijacking which has had many topics closed or close to being so on here.

:( I have been looking at some other motorsport related forums today and I have to say this one is definatley the most friendly one :p
I wont mention any names but the main one i am referring to sounds just like the description that gatesgarage said about this one.
The site does allow people to say what they want (dont they all) BUT some of the responses are unbelievable, pages of replies that are basically insults to each other.
Keep up the good work BTCC forum & roll on 2008
