What a lottery the British weather appears to be. Monday now appears to be cloudy and dry in North Kent for race day. Still intend to chuck a raincoat for the day, spare truzzies and shoes for the drive home in the boot though. Besides the obvious spectating benefits, hope it is dry all day to not spoil the racing.
Will Champ Cars still race if it is raining ?

i'm almost certain the champ cars will run if its raining.
the only time they don't run if its raining is if they are racing on an oval, i think.

That is correct - Champ Car meetings on oval circuits always allow for a "Rain Day", which is why the races are usually on a Saturday, with the Sunday as a reserve day.
On road circuits, the rules for Champ Car are very much like those for F1 and other European-based racing series.

Well the weather in London now is gloriously sunny :) and the BBC says that light cloud is forecast for Brands tomorrow.
