In the first race their pit stops were twice as long as Vauxhall's, if Matt had not punted Paul O'Neal out of the way at the last corner of the last lap they would not have won.
In the second race Matt Neal makes a complete ass of the start, spinning his wheels and going partly onto the grass. Then when the safety car comes out the team seemed to be clueless, when all the other teams were bringing their cars in for a pit stop Honda left their's out.

It looked like Matt was trying to make it into the pit lane but it was chaos as everyone piled in at once and kept overtaking eachother instead of staying in line so he got bloked out and just could get in there. (Also, I have to add that Muller overtook the safety car as he went into the pitlane, is that allowed?)

i couldn't believe it when honda didn't bring their cars in during the safety car period, it was the obvious thing to do, vauxhall managed to bring all 3 of their cars in on the same lap and didn't lose any time, but as we saw in the first race honda can barely manage to service one car in a decent time, let alone 3.
they need to sort this out quickly if they want a chance of winning the manufacturers or teams championships.

Seems Honda need to sort out their problems also with front right wheels. At Mondello Matt neal went out because front right fell off....today they had a problem with Morrisons and Matt Neals front right!

Neal also got held up big time when one of the MGs (couldn't see/remember which) slowed to a crawl at the end of the pitlane, which meant they both needed a push start...

I thought that was quite funny when Hughes had to do an emergency stop at the end of the pit lane because the red light came on. When it went green Hughes stalled forcing Neal to go around him, who then stalled himself. Like what Tim Harvey said, I've never seen anything like that

With any luck I have the Motors TV coverage on video, I shall watch for that incident with interest!!!

*lol*

Sounds like the lads are back to their old antics! :) I've not seen the coverage yet (Amanda, could you hang onto the Motors footage for a bit so I can peruse it sometime?) but judging by the comments here, it looked like a right old comedy of errors...

"What happened next?" on a Question of Sport perhaps???

Perhaps not as much of a comedy of errors as Phil Bennett nerfing the podium truck two weeks ago. Will have to catch up with videotaped Motors TV coverage for the bits I missed. Sounds entertaining though. That's the one and only drawback of being there - you can't see all of the incidents. By the sound of things, it isn't a lot of good Honda having topline drivers if the pit work lets them down.

honda have to car and driver to chalange vauxhall, but not the team/team work, that was 1 **** of a cock up, no (ovious)statagy, no team work in the pits, pull ur fingers out and sort the problems out.
i want to c them win.
