Hi, everyone. If you're lucky enough to be out and about during some circuits' general test days and you spot a BTCC team testing in the build-up to this season then this is the place to post 'em.

They had moved the barrier back a bit as you go up the hill, just the part that is diagonal to the track. Before this they've also done some similar work around Clearways and Mclaren.

Yep, him and the car were a last minute replacement for doing the VIP passenger rides when it was realized the Aston they were going to use didn't have a passenger seat available! He was only told about it the day before.

There are some images on there of some trucks which look identical to the trucks that rob huff used for his interview about truck racing in the motoring news! Was rob huff driving one of the trucks when you were there cus it seems very coincidental!

Holbon your pictures are very good and I really like the new Lexus livery, probably the best livery it's ever had.
These car are calling out for them to be made into diecast models so I think I'll be e-mailing Minichamps again.

Chilton did have a set of orange rims as well. They both had a set but changed them so often it was difficult to keep up. :p

at a guess btc cars one central nut someone forgot to do it up

wish i had space to upload all my pics as 1200 pics at 2.5mb each takes alot of space when going to 20-30 events a season that why i just pick 40-50 for each event.

That's why I use Flickr, unlimited storage for a reasonable fee. I use it as a back up as well as to display them which is why there are so many uploaded. It's still nowhere near how many I took over the weekend though. Thanks for all the nice comments (Everyone who made one!).

You can control who has access to the high res images on Flickr by setting it to allow access to only Friends and/or family contacts.

I just put a few on and put the rest on DVD at the end of the year but i use fotopic as it cheaper than flickr and can put a watermark on the pictures even though they are made smaller than the actual image.

Nothing special really, Panasonic DMC Lumix FZ8 and an FZ18. Both slr lookalikes but no detachable lens. Both have manual setup though with easy adjustment. I had an FZ5, but that died in the rain soaked BTCC at Brands last year. I'd just managed to get used to the camera too and the results were getting better.:(

Well you're pictures are really clear, so great job. I've got a Canon Powershot G9 that I'm still getting used to. None of my pictures made the cut however.

My boyfriend uses a Canon EOS 20D, as he's a much better photographer than me. :o

Mine does have manual set-up but I'm yet to understand how it all works. I must get some practise. It's a 6x Optical zoom, so not quite enough for BTCC!

What's Rockingham like for Photos? We're hoping to be going. I've not been since Colin McRae raced in the Ascar there a few years back.

My other half mentions that to keep the fence out of the way you'll need to be near the top of the grandstand, or sit on the infield and pop the camera through the fence. Though he isn't sure on that bit.

I think if you have a good Lense on you. you can shoot through the Fence if your low down.
