Petition for MotorsTV on Cable

I recently subscribed to Telewest Digital TV and in short, think that we should get MotorsTV too :-D

Hope you get it Knockhill, the BTCC and DTM live coverage on MotorsTV is superb. I cannot think why they should not show it because it is 'free to view', it would not cost them anything. MotorsTV get their revenue from the advertisers.

BTCC on Motoer TV is excellent.

DTM- Where do I start. TIm is OK but Carlton Kirby hasn't got a clue. In the fist race he kept on saying the race result was wrong and Alsei was sceond, but you could see his car leaving the pits behind Fassler and Aiello.

And in Adria he didn't even pick up on Schniders drve through penalty, thinking it was a really quick stop, and even said it was a replay of an earlier stop

Kirbys always been crud, he seems like hes always trying to commentate on something he appears not to like or know anything about. Never gets really excited, never sees the obvoius, the man bairly copes with pre recorded let alone live.

Unfortunately, Kirby's 'insight' is now becoming a regular occurance on CART and DTM broadcasts. I do not know how he got the role as a commentator- his knowledge of every series he commentates on is dire. One really is forced to wonder whether he has even attended a race, and if he does any research at all before taking to the mic.

Why can't Ben Edwards partner Tim for DTM broadcasts?

I don't see why they don't already carry the channel :confused:
