Now this i never thought i would see, but Vodafone Mclaren Mercedes have joined facebook, they are putting pictures on and videos, i joined :)

Yes it is official. i found out from the mclaren website,. there is actually a fan who has also set up a unofficial mclaren group on face book but there is a official one from the vodafone mclaren team. :)

cool, thanks for that info - however, being a ferrari fan, I dont think i will join them! it's not like any of the drivers or officials are going to contact you anyhow - it's only to get their popularity up a bit, which for me kind of says we have nobody that likes us so please join our facebook

I think it is more for the fans that are not team members, if your a team member you get access to the team members forum etc. but memberships does cost, so i presume they have done it for the none member fans, i am a mclaren fan and no longer a team member so it will be interesting for me to see what others chat about. :)
