gledz

At Thruxton the drivers were interviewed by MotorsTV as soon as they got out of their cars, and presumably had a nice long chat as often there was a long wait for the podium celebrations.
After the podiums the TOCA commentator Alan Hyde was allowed to interview the drivers. However his microphone kept cutting out and so the spectators couldn't hear anything. Also the whole process up to this point took so long that some drivers just walked off before being interviewed.
The result was that viewers on MotorsTV got to hear nice long accounts from the drivers about the races, and the spectators at the circuit got to hear virtually nothing. This is appalling.
Why did the TOCA commentary at the circuit not use the MotorsTV audio feed for post-race interviews?
Regards,
Mark
