Anyone from the forum entering this year? I'm sadly not as the two venues for the semi finals that are nearest to me have dates which clash with the final BTCC round. Quite suprising as last year they has one of their BTCC drivers at every semi final and obviously thats not going to be possible if they are held on the same day as the BTCC!

We aren't allowed to put links in here but you should be able to find it from the main Vauxhall site. Alternatively PM me and I'll send you the full link!:)

Hello,
just been onto the Vauxhall website and I managed to find it thank you.
I'm going to have a little more practise at the two games which you've to complete before you submit your details.

I was going to do enter, but the venue i went to isn't on the list, so unfortunatly my racing dream will come to a halt

Is there not a venue which is close to you?

Not really, Milton Keynes was closest but not on list. I was going to go a few times to practice because I had never been before the competition last year, but was happy only being 4 seconds off pace. Gonna wait for the 6 winning numbers to arrive I think

i am having another go this year, i did reasonably well last year, unfortunatley middlesborough isnt amongst the venues this year though. i stayed on the timing board for a long time from being first on in the morning i was there well into the afternoon. i only dropped of when the last group of the day were on track:mad:

I'm dying to have a go of this but with suffering with inflammation of the lower back muscles, I'm slightly scared incase the driving and suspension of the cars does my back in - I would cry.

I've just been on to the website to take the tests and the awareness one where you've got to hit the red VXR cars is a right load of rubbish - you can't get some of them - even though am hitting them on time, their not disappearing - what a shambles

well i've submitted mine now. scored 14/15 for the awareness game of the red vxr8's and got the car round the track in about 29secs - not great but it's the best i could do

13/15 and 20 secs for the car game. Gone for the Loughborough event, only 50 miles from me as apposed to 101 that Manchester was for last year. Hopefully i'll do better then come 7th out of 8 in my heat if i get through this time :o
