I hope they put them Diesil Seats in their Place.

Looks like the WTCC is finally gonna get abit interesting 5 Manufacteurs garrentied at Spain (BMW, Seat, Chevrolet, Honda and Lada). I hope somebody runs a private Alfa aswell to make it six, Surely that would be the most Maufacteurs ever at 1 BTCC meeting.

Hi

P.S is Lada part of skoda????

But aren't Skoda part of VAG who also own SEAT, so I doubt it. Their only link is they're both East European.

Bloke goes into Halfords and says to the sales assistant
" can I have a rear wiper blade for my Skoda" to which the sales assistant says " Sounds like a fair swop to me" :D
The only reason Skoda put rear heated screens on there cars was to keep your hands warm whilst you push them :p

Shall I go on ???? The old ones ARE the best ones:)

what do you call a lada with twin exhausts...... a wheelbarrow

skodas (the old ones) were alright the old estelle with the rear engine handled a bit like a porker 911 massive oversteer

ladas were just pants, drove one and the power wasnt there, were good motors for the banger racing as they were built like brick outhouses

I wonder that too. Always get teething problems. Maybe they will shock us all and put in solid finishes. Whether they're in points or not

thought this might interest you, quote from Motorsport.com

"On their first appearance alongside their fellow WTCC competitors, Russian Bears Motorsport were also impressive. Their LADA 110 car driven by Viktor Shapovalov completed only 15 laps on Tuesday before being halted due to an engine failure. However, the Russian machine hit the track again on day two and Shapovalov managed to dramatically improve his lap times, reducing the gap to 2.5 seconds, while his Dutch team-mate Jap van Lagen set a fastest lap of 1:36.476, which was only 1.2 seconds off Yvan Muller's fastest time of the day.

This was a very encouraging performance in view of LADA's maiden races at Valencia next week."

That answers that question then. I hope they do well. God knows the WTCC needs more cars as it seems full of Seats and Beemers.

I agree, and with cars with drawing from WRC, there maybe more manufactures looking to invest in other racing series's like BTCC & WTC, fingers crossed
