anyone got any distant pictures of the crash in the 2nd Formula Renault race? didnt see or really hear much about what happened as there was a crash at the first chicane that i was engrossed in :)

Nice ones of the drivers, particularly Plato trying to look cool in his shades..! For the racing piccies, you need to get to the front for unrestricted views of the racing.

Very nice pictures there Thompp! I espacially like the pictures of the cars going over the curbs, the way you've captured them makes it look very dramatic! Keep up the good work!

Next year im taking a photograpy a-level so will be getting a proper camera and will hopefully be able to get some media passes to get the other side of the fence.

Umm, number 7, Nick Ponting, I think.

Gaz's Sigma lens is really heavy and if I zoomed in too far, I couldn't really hold the lens.

Gaz was fiddling with his scanner, so there wouldn't have been any pictures otherwise. ;)

Some brilliant pictures in there Thompp. I Like the one with the 2 Porsches side-by-side facing opposite directions (6 Phil QUAIFE Jota DSC_3764).

I've uploaded some images from the paddock on the saturday.

This is the first time I've been for both days and I can reccomend it to anybody as it's the best way of getting as close as possible to the sharpe end without having to have a media or VIP pass. All of the teams and drivers I spoke to were very accommodating and as long as you didn't get in their way they seemed happy enought to let you into the garages. I spent most of the qualifying session talking to one of the engineers from the BMW Dealer Team UK with him explaining what was happening.

I've still got to do the support races and put together some wallpapers, and hopefully these should be done over the next few days.
