If you do a search for 'toca' on shoutcast it will give you [BTCC Live Silverstone] TOCA Radio and you can tune in from there.
I assume this is toca radio, as all I'm getting at the moment is music. And it's extremely poor quality :(. There is a gap in the sound about every half second and the feed cuts out altogether about every 10 seconds.
I've checked the other feeds on shoutcast using the same bitrate and they work perfectly

Mark is right.. do a search for "toca" on Shoutcast and providing you have the right software (Winamp, iTunes or similar) it will work. Was not very good earlier, but have it working fine now.

Looks like they've changed the bit rate and it works now :)
