Kimi to sign for Ford?

Kimi Raikonnen, has expressed a desire to try rallying when he retires from F1 and Malcolm Wilson has offered a test drive. I wonder how he'd get on with that. After last Sundays performance, I wonder if he would be able to keep up the speed against the clock as he'd have no visible competition to race against.

He'll be useless at rallying, and there's a very simple reason.

F1 Finns show no emotion, rarely smile.

Rally Finns show extreme bouts of emotion, usually when things go wrong like Gronholm in the Peugeot "I hate this car!!" while slamming his hands on the steering wheel. But when they win, they're known to smile, even Mikko Hirvonen last weekend smiled after he finished 2nd after a great fight with Loeb.


Kimi shows no emotion at all... That is why he will fail at rallying.

Thats a bit harsh, Its down to the mans skill to make him good at something, Not the 50 odd muscles in his face for him to win :rolleyes:

I say good luck to him if he does..............why not? I'd be willing to bet that he'll do better converting to WRC than Ralf Schumacher has to DTM LOL

I don't see why not, I like VXR in the BTCC (except Neal) and Ford in the V8 Supercars
