Yep, mostly shot through the fence with aperture wide open for minimal depth of field. Nikon D3 with 200-400VR with 1.4TC . Thanks for looking :)

Never thought of trying that way..I have a D200 and Nikon F2-8 180mm+135-400 Sigma..I was thinking of getting a 1.4 TC obviously they are good..I will put a link up later this week with some of my photos..

Never thought of trying that way..I have a D200 and Nikon F2-8 180mm+135-400 Sigma..I was thinking of getting a 1.4 TC obviously they are good..I will put a link up later this week with some of my photos..

just double check if your buying the tc im pretty sure you will need one for the nikon and a seperate one for the sigma you will also add an f stop to the len s the 180 2.8 will become a f4 260 ish

Silverstone isn't exactly my favourite circuit for photography, and I was a bit under the weather on Sunday, so I just sat and watched the racing rather than running around trying to get pictures.

I did take a few on Saturday though - probably as many of planes as cars, and I've gone a bit impressionistic with a few of the car ones.....

i cant resist lol, sunday was wierd, was nice but ive found out i dont make a good spectator! Also dad cut his finger down to the bone so ended up driving home early as he wasnt too good, 6 stitches later!
