What are the new 2011 technical regs?

After reading the quotes from new driver 'Matt Hamilton' he mentions that there are going to be some technical changes in 2011

"I’m prepared for 2011 when the new technical regulations kick in." (btcc.net news)

I wasn't aware of these changes and am interested to know what they will be if anyone can shed some light.
