Mini's. Why don't they do some support races? They really are a joy to watch.

It's more of a club racing series so probably wouldn't be added to the support race bill, which is a shame.

Legends are a club series as well though, and they support Touring Cars. They have supported F3 and GTs in the past, so it could happen.
I think one of the problems minis could have though is, ironically, their size, and I don't mean of the cars.
There are two main mini championships that always race together (mini se7ens and mini miglias), both with healthy grids, which would take up a large amount of room, possibly too much room, in the TOCA paddock.
Minis are underpowered and as aerodynamic as a household brick. Makes for some fantastic racing, I'd love to see them on the TOCA bill!

You're unlikely to see Se7ens and Miglias on the TOCA package...
But if you do want to see Minis going three or four abreast into corners, get yourselves off to an F3-GT meeting as the Minis form part of their support package.

Are the Minis running at Thruxton?
If you've never seen them there, it is one of the most amazing slipstreaming battles you could hope to see.
They scrap to NOT be leading going into the final lap as whoever is in front will just get blitzed up Woodham Hill towards the Chicane!
And seeing them 4 abreast on the last lap into the Chicane will put a stupid grin on your face that will last for a week!

The minis will be at Thruxton this weekend, they are on the list in the BARC magazine.

I love Mini racing, but to be honest i don't really think they suit the Toca Tour, we have flashy porsches, Touring Cars, Formula Fords and Formula Renaults and Clios (well the clios are before the race...) and Minis, well, just look beaten up and old...

The cars look perfectly ok on the track - it's the number of them and their trailers and tents etc - they would take up a lot of room.

I was not luckey enough to get to Donington last Yesterday, but I did make it to Croft, where the Nothern Sports and Saloons were on. The Scottish Minis were on and they were really good. Would like to see more of them, anyone know if they have a web address?
