On another site, I've seen an article saying Ford are evaluating a return to the WTCC with the Focus, as the same engine will be eligible under the new WRC and WTCC regulations. Personally I'd rather see a return to the BTCC, maybe we'll get both. As the next Focus will be a world car I suppose WTCC would make more sense, just wish it was broadcast on freeview channels instead of Sky, can't remember the last time I saw a WTCC race other than being at Brands last year. Not sure that the next Focus would fit into the NGTC regulation size bracket anyway, so would they bother with the BTCC in a Mondeo. Suppose we'll just have to wait and see.

It's shown on Eurosport, can it be purchased on Freeview?

I think they may have it on TOP UP TV freeview package, but to be honest I find Eurosport very annoying, at least on itv4 they tell you when they are going to a break.

Strangely, I would have thought a provider called "freeview" would give you all the channels for "free"

Freeview channels are free, but there are other companies who offer extra channels at cost, but still play through the freeview box.
