The second event of the season has been cancelled, due to severe flooding in the area of Puebla.
The local government is unable to confirm the security for visitors to the area. It's reported that the FIA has therefore claimed force majeure, and has cancelled the event.

Can I ask where you got this news from? Just Autosport and the official WTCC page having nothing about it.

Perhaps it's only being removed now and added later on in the year?
I know the calander moves in continents (ie. America - Euro - Asia)

But the FiA could/should pay for the teams in they reschudule to come back later in the year if needs be.
