Not bad at all, what sort of camera/lens are you using and are you shooting on automatic settings or are you dialling in your own settings, personally I try to shoot on SP (shutter prioity) usually at around 1/1000 sec, also I put my camera on continuous focus/shooting and take around 6 at a time while panning, that way I can usually get at least 1 or 2 good shots of the cars / bikes I am shooting at, practice, prctice , practice is all I can reccomend to any budding photographer and who knows you may get "that" shot when you least expect it, my best frame to date has to be Thruxton 2007 end of season meeting when I captured the Jackson / Turkington collision at Club Chicane over 4 frames even though the TV cameras missed it!

Soon as I'm back from Thruxton and have a few spare moments i'll upload a selection that I take.
