Please post your pics (LINKS only) from Croft's BTCC round in this thread. The Clervaux and Complex banking offers great views of two corners where there's often plenty of incidents...

Your shutter speeds are too high . . . try 1/320 sec and some panning.

Thanks for the feedback.

To be honest, at the focal length I was shooting at I didn't feel comfortable with panning shots, and I was aware I only had one day's shooting to get the shots. Hopefully at Silverstone this weekend I may have more opportunity to play with shooting styles knowing I have both days to shoot at!

Check your ISO settings first. You are using 6400 ISO, which is more suitable if you were shooting in pitch dark. The camera is trying to compensate for this by using a ridiculously fast shutter speed.
