Very clever. Some of you may remember the ones that Williams developed in the 70/80's that were subsequently banned after they dominated UK hillclimbing.

Clever stuff but I have to wonder how they will keep the off-centre rotation balanced at speed. Looks like will shake itself to bits.

There is gyroscopic stuff to be worried about too. I'm sure engineers could find a way around it, we've developed pneumatic valve systems that can run at 20,000RPM and cars that can run on lemons, I'm sure we could work this out. It really needs motorsport to develop it though!
