hi, will the cars be all the same in 2011 or will there still be a range of manafactures with the new engine rules ?

No, they certainly all won't be all the same.....in fact it's the opposite; The new engine and chassis rules will provide for an even greater variety of cars to compete than currently do.

(And, in 2011, not all cars will be running to the new regulations. It will be a gradual changeover over the next few years.)
