It's not the getting there early that I'm worried about.....it's what time I'll get home with a crowd that big!!!!:D Getting out of the car park is going to be a nightmare!

I'll be there when they open on Sunday, like I was last year. Only I needn't have bothered, I didn't see a soul out on the loop until gone 9am :D
Shame the GP loop was first up this year. Gonna be packed out with 35,000+ round the Indy - great for whoever's pockets the money goes into... not so great if you have camera, no media pass and don't want to stay in one place all day :(

Good job I'm not only used to early rises, but going alone so I shall be able to get up and go when I'm ready. I have advanced tickets anyway but I don't fancy being caught in massive tailbacks on the way in.

Funnily enough I asked Alan Gow something similar a while back, and from what I remember he said that only once has a race meeting attracted too much interest and that was a long time ago at Oulton. Probably best to arrive reasonably early though to be safe.

Im so glad I booked a seat at Paddock Hill!
Im leaving Dartford around 815, as the queue is normally horrendous on the M25.

We'll be at the gate as it opens Sunday. As we have been every meeting for the last 12+ years. Will be running to our usual spot at Paddock Hill and setting the seats up. Cant Wait!
Getting out is a worry as I need to get at train back home to Nottingham. But have left a lot of time so should hopefully be fine.

I'm coming all the way from sunny sunny Bournemouth so I'll have to leave very early. Glad now I book tickets in grandstand seat along pit straight as viewing could be an issue with such a big crowd. I just hope it can go right down to the last race like in 07 & 09

Well congratulations on your upcoming wedding. I wish you many happy years of marital bliss! Your braver than I am to tie the knot!
We're piling down from Chippenham and Shepton Mallet and are converging on Clackett Lane at about 0830 sunday, so probably get into the track for about midnight!!!!
Getting home from Brands is always awful as not only do you hit the regular sunday traffic, but the "day tripper" traffic from the Tunnel and the ferries at dover! zzz zzz zzz

I just wanted to wish everyone going to Brands this weekend an absolutly fantastic time ;)
I unfortunatly can't make Finals Day this year, due to having no Transport to get me there as my Dad is taking part in a Drift event at Barkeston Heath tomorrow.
I was at Brands Finals Day last year, and it was a really special day with 3 drivers going for the title, so I can imagine tomorrow will be even better with 4 going for it.
I'll be watching the 3 hours live on ITV's site today though, and the monster of a live broadcast on ITV4 tomorrow, Really looking forward to all the action.
Just a little more info, I attended both Brands 2009 rounds, and arrived at the Circuit and parked on the Southbank parking at 8.15ish, No problem's getting in the circuit at this time, nice time to arrive.
Can't wait to hear all your stories when you all return from the circuit, Have a good weekend everyone ;)

Getting in was simple. Got there as gates open and were first people to put seats down at Paddock.
Getting out was a bit more tricky. Yes, there were lots of cars and it was expected, but there was a distinct lack of organisation, especially when the parking attendants decided to leave at 6.30pm
