Just thought I would post a congrats on here to Alice Powell, on becoming the first woman to win a Formula Renault Championship. So... WELL DONE ALICE!

This is absolutely brilliant :)

She headed into the finale 16 points adrift of the championship lead, but a superb win and second place, coupled with troubles for her chief rival, meant she overcome the deficit to take the title!

Massive well done to her! Looks like she plans to come to the FR UK series next year too :D
